Towcester racecourse
Roseground have worked on a facilities management basis with Towcester racecourse, most notably carrying out fire protection measures site wide.
This including the refurb/replacement and logging of all fire doors, repairs to the compartmentation of area, and upgrading to fire alarms and emergency lighting.
Facilities Management
Roseground are capable of operating as Facilities Management and have been based on a site for a client over the last 13 years.
We are permanently based on site to carry out general repairs when required and carry out any building works that are required to keep the facility running.
We operate using agreed management and trade rates that are applied to projects and are often asked to price for larger scale projects on a design and build basis.
