Sundew Close is a residential development in Luton, Bedfordshire. The development is a mix of residential dwellings broken into 3 blocks.

The development is a mix of residential dwellings, consisting of 12 x 3-bedroom houses, 2 x 2-bedroom apartments, and 2 x 1-bedroom apartments broken into 3 blocks. This development has dedicated parking for each property and private gardens for the houses, and a large communal garden space for the apartments.

The development was designed in-house with the help of our dedicated design team and showcases sustainable and energy efficient air source heating systems. All the properties were designed with the end user in mind to ensure the layouts were as ergonomic as possible.

During the planning stage we worked closely with the local council to ensure the impacts of this development were only positive, and carried out extensive studies and investigations to ensure we did not impact the area or the environment before, during or after construction.

The project is currently running live with an end date expected in April 2023, which will work out to a total build Programme of 10 months which is a testament to the effort of all the team.
