Roseground recently worked in partnership with Sundon Homes Ltd to build new homes in the private sector. This small but exclusive development consisted of a total of 14 houses in a Private Road of 3 & 4 bed semi- and detached properties. All properties were built to a high specification with fully fitted kitchens, ensuite bathroom to main bedroom, utility rooms and completely fitted and tiled bathrooms. We aim to ensure that any development undertaken, no matter the size, is built to the high standard and specification we pride ourselves on.

Our experience of working on sites within a residential area means that we understand the constraints and impact that this can have on the surrounding neighbourhood, therefore we make every endeavour to ensure as little disruption as possible. We believe that being a good neighbour allows us to remain fully operational on site and minimises any disruption that could occur during the build process.
